Comp Target: $100-110K + bonus 

Position Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees second shift daily warehouse activities at Mevion’s Littleton facility, ensuring regulated-industry compliance, accurate inventory management, and efficient material flow. This role supervises Warehouse Leads and Warehouse Specialists while enforcing GMP practices, maintaining safety standards, and supporting operational goals across receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and cycle counting. The Supervisor also supports Rootstock ERP/WMS execution, continuous improvement initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain smooth warehouse operations.  This role also provides oversight for second-shift logistics staff and acts as backup for outbound shipping when necessary.

Qualifications
Essential Functions:
1.    Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, put-aways, picking, packing, shipping, and cycle counts.
2.    Provide leadership, coaching, and daily direction to the warehouse team during second shift, including supporting performance management, training, and employee development.
3.    Maintain inventory accuracy through proper ERP/WMS transaction execution (Rootstock preferred), lot tracking, labeling, and reconciliation activities.
4.    Ensure compliance with GMP and regulated-industry requirements including lot traceability, labeling accuracy, segregation controls, and audit readiness.
5.    Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, Production, Service, Logistics, and EHS to ensure warehouse activities meet operational and compliance needs.
6.    Support administration and optimization of Rootstock ERP/WMS modules, including barcoding, automation tools, and inventory control processes.
7.    Monitor operational performance metrics including inventory accuracy, productivity, safety, and space utilization; communicate issues and improvements to Warehouse Manager.
8.    Enforce and promote warehouse safety programs; perform safety audits and corrective actions to ensure OSHA compliance.
9.    Drive continuous improvement initiatives including lean practices, standard work, and 5S within warehouse areas.
10.    Ensure clear communication across teams and shifts for material status, workflow priorities, and process issues.  
11.    Support cross-functional requests for urgent materials, service parts, or production needs
12.    Serve as backup for outbound shipments, performing Logistics tasks and documentation.

Education, Training, and Experience:
1.    Associate degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
2.    4–6+ years of warehouse operations experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role
3.    Experience in a regulated industry such as medical device, pharma, or biotech strongly preferred.
4.    Strong understanding of GMP warehouse operations including lot traceability, labeling requirements, and audit readiness.
5.    Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) / ERP platforms required; Rootstock experience preferred.
6.    Demonstrated leadership abilities with proven team development and cross-functional collaboration skills.
7.    Effective communication and problem-solving skills with strong attention to accuracy and compliance.

Physical and Environmental Considerations:
1.    Must be able to sit/stand for long periods of time.
2.    Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods while supervising warehouse activities.
3.    Required to safely navigate warehouse, factory, and storage areas, including operating in proximity to moving equipment and material handling operations.
4.    Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
5.    Regular use of warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, scanners, forklifts, and computers; PIT certification may be required.
6.    Work may involve exposure to high magnetic fields, high voltages, radiation, and radioactive materials when accessing certain operational areas.
7.    Must be able to bend, reach, and maneuver through warehouse racking as needed to support operations.
8.    Typical warehouse environment with variable temperatures depending on location and season.
9.    May be required to support shipment preparation activities, including packaging or crating tasks, on an as-needed basis.
