Customer Service Representative

CSR role- Mon-Thursday 8-5pm 8-1pm on Friday Will have Fridays Off after 1st Month $22hr-$23 Temp-Perm  

The candidate will work in a defined sales territory and will be responsible for understanding our customer base and applicable company services.

Job Description:

* Answer phones professionally and gather all appropriate information to fast track the call to the correct person and department.

*Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound/outbound scripted calling and email on all lead follow up.

*Communicate with all departments in assisting with all incoming calls.

*Maintain daily documentation of all activity,

*Maintain multiple sales systems, FileMaker Pro, WorkPlace, MS Office, etc.

*Participate in ongoing educational opportunities.

Qualifications:

* Ability to speak with City officials, Company Managers and Executives on a level to foster confidence in our company

*Strong, persistent, and professional communication skills with clients a must.

*Ability to multitask (i.e. phone, computer, notebook)

*Must be organized in both digital databases and paperwork

*Must have basic knowledge and experience of Microsoft, outlook, Excel, Word, Google calendar.

*1 – 3 year experience minimum required on phone sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Full workdays Monday-Thursday. Half Day Fridays. No Weekends.
