Complete Staffing Solutions considers “Personal Information” as any information that can be linked to any one person, including, but not limited to, information that relates to a person’s name, health, finances, education, business, use or receipt of governmental services or other activities, addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, other identifying numbers, or any financial identifiers. When you use our website or applications, we may collect Personal Information from you. This Personal Information may be information you submit directly to Complete Staffing Solutions; or it may be information that the technology present on our website, or in our applications, collects automatically. This information would include your profile information which includes but may not be limited to your personal or professional contact information. Depending on the nature of your inquiry or activities on the website and applications, we may also collect your job search criteria and preferences, resume and reference information, and any login ID or email address that you create.

We will never ask job candidates to pay any kind of monies, make cash or check advancements, cash checks from outside sources or make an investment in any product or service. We will not ask our candidates to supply information, such as credit card numbers or banking PIN numbers.
When you accept a position through Complete Staffing Solutions, we utilize a secure portal for you to enter your information, once you have accepted a position, and you will be provided with a unique login identification.
What to do if you suspect fraud
Please contact us at 401-475-8800 if you receive any suspicious communications from Complete Staffing Solutions. Suspicious communications include those that ask you to reveal personal information, either via email or on a website, or that that ask you to cash checks or pay any sort of fee.
We may also, from time to time, use your Personal Information to send you informational communications or marketing materials regarding our services, including employment information and job opportunities that you have indicated an interest in or that you may have relevant experience in; based on the profile you created. You may receive these messages from Complete Staffing Solutions via email, phone, direct mail, and other communication means.
We do not, however, want to send you information that you do not wish to receive. You may opt out of receiving these communications or change your preferences, as indicated below:
Email Link. Each email we send that contains marketing communications will contain instructions on how to unsubscribe if you do not wish to receive these types of communications in the future from Complete Staffing Solutions.
Update Profile Online. You can access your profile online via the website, or the application, and change your communication preferences or unsubscribe from informational communications.
The major browsers have attempted to implement the draft “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) standard of the World Wide Web Consortium (“W3C”) in their latest releases. As this standard has not been finalized, Complete Staffing Solution’s website is not compatible with DNT.
This website is not directed to children under the age of 13 and Complete Staffing Solutions does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13 on the site. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received Personal Information from a visitor under the age of 13 on our services, we will delete the information from our records.
