Hiring for two Customer Service Reps for a healthcare facility in Worcester, MA.
Shift: M – F 8:00 am – 4:30 pm 40 hours/week
Department: Patient Financial Services
Pay rate: $22/hr
Required:
1. Three years of relevant work experience, including telephone customer service in a healthcare environment
2. Knowledge of third party insurance and medical terminology.
3. Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with the public, physicians, and others, both inside and outside of the organization.
