Job Requirements:?
- At least 2-3 years of medical collections experience?
- 3 years’ of investigative or clerical experience related to medical collections work
- Strong working knowledge of collections and its legal aspect and claims processing
- Ability to prepare, process and maintain records and reports
- Experience making telephone calls to collect necessary information?
- Experience setting up payment plans?
- Experience making collection calls?
- Experience writing remittances?
