Responsibilities:

- Perform and supervise audits, reviews, and compilations for non-profit clients and pension plan audits
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and evaluate internal controls
- Coordination of the day-to-day duties of planning, fieldwork, and wrap-up
- Deep understanding of accounting and reporting standards
- Mentor, train and supervise staff
- Communicate with Partner on work status and client issues
- Communicate appropriately with clients, providing excellent service and quick turnaround
Education/Skills/Experience:
- Bachelors or Master?s degree in accounting
- CPA certification preferable or candidate should be working toward CPA certification
- 5-7 years of experience in an audit and tax role with a public accounting firm
- Strong technical accounting skills and research capabilities
- Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with ProSystems FX Tax, ProSystems Engagement, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office and Excel
