We are looking for a motivated and driven Business Development Manager to lead outbound sales initiatives and accelerate business growth. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven ability to identify potential opportunities, foster strong client relationships, and turn prospects into long-term partnerships. This role will focus on prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals, particularly in areas related to advanced data-driven technologies such as machine learning (ML), natural language processing (NLP), generative AI (GenAI), and large language models (LLMs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Utilize outbound sales strategies to create new business opportunities through a mix of cold outreach, networking, and CRM insights.
- Business Development: Oversee the full sales cycle, from initial contact to finalizing deals, focusing on securing partnerships with enterprise clients.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to align sales efforts with company goals and identify new growth initiatives.
- Relationship Management: Build strong networks with industry leaders and potential clients through direct engagement and participation in relevant events.
- Sales Pipeline: Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring targets are met and opportunities are maximized.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support for new clients.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or outbound prospecting (B2B experience preferred).
- Proven track record of lead generation and deal closure.
- Strong background in outbound sales, including cold outreach and networking.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a data-driven approach to sales.
- Experience with or knowledge of ML, NLP, and AI-driven solutions is highly preferred.
