Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and leasing, with exceptional administrative and conflict management skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to property management
- Conduct property tours for prospective tenants and handle lease negotiations
- Oversee rent collection, financial reporting, and budgeting for the properties
- Address tenant concerns and resolve conflicts in a professional manner
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors
- Perform regular property inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met
Skills
- Proficient in property management software such as OneSite
- Strong administrative skills with experience in data entry and legal administrative tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to handle conflict resolution effectively
- Experience in property leasing and marketing strategies
