Job Summary: The Controller will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, compliance with regulatory standards, and the integrity of financial data. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a strategic mindset to support the company’s growth and financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and analysis to support business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and other financial regulations, maintaining internal controls.
  • Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors.
  • Monitor cash flow and manage working capital to optimize financial performance.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Provide financial analysis and reports to senior management and stakeholders to inform strategic planning.
  • Assist in the development of business strategies and financial plans to drive growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in financial management or accounting, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel, NetSuite prefered?
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
