-Qualifications we will be looking for: High School Diploma or Equivalent, 3-5 years of related experience
Summary of the position:
- Under general supervision from the program coordinator, responsible for managing a variety of operational details and providing administrative support and coordination for academic departments.?
- Exercise independent judgment and problem-solving skills to coordinate various administrative activities.
- Responsible for preparing correspondence, meetings, and course materials; assist with travel arrangements and provide logistical support for department conferences and events.
- Utilize computer databases and applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Manage confidential records and complex filing systems.?
