  • Monday – Thursday: 10:00am – 6:30pm
  • Friday: 8:45am – 5:15pm

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of office support, coordination of various patient care processes and other related duties in accordance with established Rehabilitation Services department policies and procedures.
  • Patient Facing position
  • Scheduling, cancelling, and rescheduling appointments
  • Answering Phones
  • Checking patients in/out
  • Managing the receipts of plans of care
  • Packet assembly
