Plant Office Admin/Customer Service:
- Assist with various office administrative tasks
- Answer customer phone calls/emails
- Review Customer order releases with Planner
- Order entry skills, use of ERP system
- Ordering supplies and materials under the direction of the Planner
- Coordinate temp labor and match up timecards
- Run report as requested by Planner
- Assist with following up on action items.
- Work with Planning/Program Manager to assist with any customer visits/meetings
- Skills

- Detail Oriented (accuracy)
- Microsoft Excel and working with Spreadsheets
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects
- Full time (8:30am-5:00pm M-F)
- $25/hour range
