Therapeutic Clinical Director
- East Hampton/ Springfield, MA
- $70-80k based on experience
- M-F full time, rotating after hours on call support

Responsibilities:
- Oversee Residential and Therapeutic Day Services
- Will be responsible for the effective delivery, supervision, and training of clinical care to youth placed in residential group homes and therapeutic day programs.
- The position requires monitoring of monthly productivity reports, facilitating staff meetings and trainings, and collaborating with the management team to implement and maintain agency policies.
- Other responsibilities include reviewing and approving case documentation and insurance authorizations
Required qualifications:
- Master’s level degree and a clinical license (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, etc.)
- Leadership/supervisory experience
- Ideally 3-5 years clinical experience including experience with youth placed in out-of-home care
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care
