Customer Service Representative
Location: Lincoln, RI

Hours:

  • Full-time hours
  • 8am-4pm M-F

Job Requirements:

  • Make outbound calls to existing clients to fulfill their orders and ensure satisfaction.
  • Review and utilize a daily list of customers and their regular purchases to streamline the order process.
  • Present and recommend additional products (upselling) based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Maintain and update customer records with accurate order information.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through professional and friendly communication.
  • Meet daily and weekly sales goals, ensuring high-quality customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any customer issues or concerns.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs and trends to help improve our product offerings.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or order fulfillment is preferred.
  • Strong communication and phone etiquette skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to meet sales targets.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working with printed lists and basic sales tools.
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor.

Pay Rate:

  • $22/hr

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions. Once both qualifiers are met you must complete the enrollment packet and your benefits will start on the first of the subsequent month. . .
