• Requires scheduling of multiple providers and multiple appointments for various locations
• Call Center environment
• Canceling and rescheduling appointments
• Enter orders
• Complete full pre-registration including documenting demographics and verifying insurance information

• Equal to completion of four years of high school
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Proficient keyboarding skills
• Proficient use of software applications such as e-mail, Word, Excel, etc
• Over three years of related medical office work is strongly preferred
• Associates degree preferred
