Electrician – 3rd Shift
Location: Milford, CT
Pay Rate: $42.28/hour + $2.20/hour shift differential
Schedule: 11:30 PM – 7:00 AM (Overtime required, typically 12-hour shifts with 4 hours before or after the standard shift)
Training Period: 6-12 months on 1st shift
Benefits:
- PTO: 6 days after 6 months, 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 3 years

Requirements:
- E1 or E2 license (State of CT)
- Drug screening and background check
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively while analyzing problems.
- Operate power tools and assist other trades in general facility maintenance.
- Work at heights up to 40 feet as needed.
- Operate forklifts, man lifts, cherry pickers, and other industrial vehicles.
- Install and maintain security and fire safety systems.
- Install and maintain electrical power systems and control wiring, including pipe and wire configurations.
- Assemble and wire new control panels in compliance with the National Electrical Code (N.E.C.) and engineering instructions.
- Install Ethernet communication systems.
