Hiring for a Practice Representative for a Dermatology Clinic in Boston, MA.

Hours: M-F 8:30AM-5PM
Pay: $25/hr

EPIC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
At least 2 years of recent Medical Receptionist/Practice Rep experience required.

Onsite role as a front desk receptionist, checking patients in and out.
Job Summary: Directs patient access to the practice by answering, screening and processing a high volume of incoming calls in a dedicated call center. Must have strong customer service experience, strong typing skills. Must be able to exert up to 10lbs of force occasionally in carrying, pushing, lifting, pulling. Sitting most of the time with walking and standing required only occasionally
