Customer Service

Hours:
- Monday to Friday in office
- 8am-5pm
Job Requirements:
- Associate’s degree and/or 2 years equivalent experience in customer service
- Computer proficient (MS Office Suite)
- Exceptional phone etiquette
- Effective Communication skills
- Gather, organize, and compile data
Duties
- Efficiently manage the entire order process from initial client inquiry through processing, invoicing, and follow up.
- Responds to and resolve incoming client and affiliate requests, queries, issues and concerns via phone and email.
- File documents including financing statements, assignments, amendments, terminations, etc.
Pay Rate:
- $22-23/hour
