Payroll Systems Analyst

Temp – at least 1 year

  • This is expected to be a long-term temp role, through January 2026, possibly a little longer.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Temp Pay: $45 – $50/hr
Location:  Boston MA
Hybrid: 1-2 days onsite per week, on a rotating schedule to start. 

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3 years multi-state payroll experience (PeopleSoft and/or Workday preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Primary tasks would be:
  • Data validation
  • Assisting with all aspects of testing (from scenario creation through testing/results)
  • Reviewing/creating reporting and analytics
  • Partnering with HCM and Finance teams on cross-functional needs.
  • The remainder of the role will be:
  • Running/creating ad hoc reports in PeopleSoft
  • Partnering with HRIS, IT, and other departments as needed related to system issues and testing
  • Creating/updating process documentation
  • Assisting with other tasks as needed related to payroll systems and analysis.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Workday payroll and/or HCM experience
  • PeopleSoft experience is a nice to have
  • Very strong/expert level excel skills
  • Payroll knowledge
