Sr. Quality System Manager
Massachusetts/Connecticut – onsite with travel

Position Overview: The Sr. Quality Manager will oversee the corporate quality system and quality functions for our two
manufacturing sites. This role is based in Massachusetts with regular travel to
Connecticut. The Sr. Quality Manager will focus on maintaining and enhancing the corporate quality system
and improving manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with ISO9001:2015 and AS9100:2016 standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the corporate quality system in compliance with
ISO9001:2015 and AS9100:2016 standards.
• Oversee quality functions at both manufacturing sites, ensuring consistent application of quality policies and
procedures.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality
standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements that enhance product
quality and operational efficiency.
• Provide leadership and guidance to quality teams at both sites, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
and quality excellence.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions as
needed.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between the Woburn and Danielson sites regarding quality –
related matters.
• Stay current with industry best practices and regulatory requirements, ensuring the company’s quality system
remains up-to-date and effective.
• Manage customer and third-party audits, addressing any findings and implementing corrective actions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quality Management
• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in quality management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO9001:2015 and AS9100:2016 standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident
• Basic understanding of Mechanical (GD&T) drawings
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining quality systems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to travel regularly
