Hiring for 2 Customer Support Reps to work a hybrid model role for a healthcare company in Worcester, MA

Shift: M-F 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Pay rate: $22/hr

Hybrid role (must be local) – primarily a remote role but must be able to go on-site as requested.
Must have EPIC and prior call center experience.
Minimum of 1 year experience in healthcare required with experience in EPIC. 
Answers patient questions on phone and in EPIC que.
