Medical Call Center Rep

Multiple Medical Call center reps needed for busy multi-specialty community health group. All offices are growing and looking to add to their teams within New Haven, CT
 

  • $20-23/hr, based on experience
  • Monday – Friday 8:00 – 5:00 pm
  • 1 year of experience required
  •  

 
Responsibilities:

  • Answers incoming calls promptly and professionally, evaluates priority, and directs calls appropriately according to urgency and subject matter.
  • Inbound heavy – patients calling in for either internal medicine / pediatric / dental or various other specialty appointments
  • Schedules new patient appointments accurately and informs patients of essential preparation requirements prior to visit.
  • Discuss payment and verify insurance if necessary

 
Requirements:

  • High School Diploma minimum
  • 1+ years medical administrative experience
  • Epic experience preferred
  • Bilingual (Eng / Spa) a huge plus!

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
