Payroll Administrator
Location:
Westborough, MA
Hours:
- Fulltime Hours
- Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
Position Duties
- Experience processing multistate and multi location payroll using ADP Workforce Now
- Experience running off cycle payrolls
- Experience with Everify and I9 process
- Familiar with Child Support and Tax liens/garnishments
- Franchise experience a plus
- General Ledger experience as it pertains to payroll
- Strong excel skills
- Able to work in a team environment both onsite and Supervisors in multiple states
- Assist running compensation histories and employment verifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Pay Rate:
- $25-28 / Hour Depending on experience

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
