What You’ll Do:
As the Accounting Manager, you will oversee key aspects of accounting operations, partnering closely with the Controller and other leaders to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the month-end close process and ensuring timely financial reporting, with a focus on inventory and cost of sales.
- Preparing detailed variance analyses and narratives on actuals, forecasts, and budgets.
- Reviewing and approving journal entries, account reconciliations, and lease accounting processes.
- Monitoring inventory accounting and ensuring accurate system reporting.
- Assisting in the implementation and standardization of accounting systems and processes across multiple locations.
- Researching and applying accounting policies to operational challenges.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and leadership to support business initiatives.
What You’ll Bring:

Key qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
- At least 6 years of accounting/finance experience, with 1+ years in a supervisory role.
- Background in public accounting (required).
- CPA license (preferred but not required).
- Experience in inventory or manufacturing accounting (a plus).
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage (helpful).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
