About the position:
The Director of Administration provides integral administrative support to the company and its personnel to ensure efficient operations.
This position is a critical component to the success of the business.
Excelling in this role demands extreme attention to detail and a high-degree of situational awareness. This person must be a self-starter and proactive communicator who enjoys being a great team player. Strong customer service skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Contract Coordination (including bid documents, prime contracts and subcontract agreements).
  • Permit Procurement (application, management and renewal of public permits in collaboration with our project management staff).
  • Human Resources (onboarding new hires, screen potential new candidates, and active employee engagement/support in compliance with the company’s policies and procedures).
  • Community & Client Coordination (receive, respond and represent the company when questions and comments arise from our ongoing projects).
  • Registry of Motor Vehicle Management (Support the company’s Fleet Operations through RMV coordination of registrations, titles, certificate of origins, road use taxes, overweight permits and all annual renewals).
  • General Administrative tasks to support the daily operation of the business.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum (3-5) years in a administrative management role, preferable in the construction industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License
