The ideal candidate has experience in account management, working with both existing and new customers. Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Account Management
- Drive sales by identifying and meeting the needs of both existing clients and prospective leads, contributing to overall divisional growth. Customer retention is a key aspect, requiring strong relationship management and proactive engagement.
- Oversee customer relationship management, contract renewals, and strengthen client relationships through proactive communication and consistent quality service.
- Estimate Residential Maintenance (RM) and turf services, along with enhancement projects (small plantings, pruning, lawn renovations, etc.).
Divisional Operations & Team Management
- Lead the RM and Turf Divisions, ensuring operational efficiency, quality, and safety compliance across all crews.
- Be solutions-oriented, continuously seeking ways to improve metrics and ensure quality goals are met, while maintaining profitability for the company.
- Oversee the field managers and foremen, holding team members accountable to schedules, start times, and company policies.
- Coordinate with the Scheduler to optimize crew routing, ensuring tasks and resources are efficiently allocated.
- Manage and train divisional staff, including new hires, to promote productivity and uphold company standards.
- Develop and update SOPs and production rates to streamline operations and enhance clarity.
- Protect divisional assets by ensuring equipment is marked for maintenance and repairs as needed, and that DOT checks and regular maintenance are completed by foremen in accordance with divisional policy. Collaborate with the mechanic to take a preventative, solutions-oriented approach to equipment maintenance.
