Patient Access Specialist
Salary: $18-19/hour
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, will be required to work rotating Saturdays: 8am-12pm (not every week)
Location: Washington, DC
Requirements:
- At least 2-4 years of medical administrative/front desk experience
- Experience working in an outpatient medical office
- Experience working in internal medicine, family medicine and/or pediatrics a plus
- Strong working knowledge of medical terminology
- EMR experience
- Experience with ECW a plus
- Strong technical computer skills (MS Word/Excel/Power Point)
- A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
