Customer Service Specialist

Hours:
- Fulltime Hours
- Monday – Friday
- Hybrid schedule 3 days onsite – 2 remote
Position Duties
- Strong Customer Service Experience
- Experience with order entry and order maintenance
- Experience assisting with customer inquiries and complaints
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Pay Rate:
- $25 – 30/ Hour – Depending on experience
