Customer Service – Auburn, MA
Auburn, MA
Pay: $18-22/hour
Must be available to work 4 weekdays and a Saturday or Sunday each week. Shifts are 3pm-11:30pm or 12pm-8:30pm.
M-F 8:00am-5:00pm for training
Qualifications:
- Call center experience preferred
- Knowledge of cars/trucks/diagnosing/repairs a plus but not required.
- Good phone skills
- Fast/accurate typing skills
- Comfortable in fast paced at times
- Team player
- Customer service focused
Duties:
- Answering inbound calls from customers needing roadside support (flat tires, dead batteries, accidents, etc).
- Taking customer information, location, and establishing what is going on.
- Dispatching service technicians, tow trucks, or techs to bring parts like new tire or battery
- Updating information in database for tracking
- Getting billing information for services
- General customer service issues

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
