This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Manager — located in Canton, MA.
The Office Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations in the office including but not limited to handling phone and email communications, providing excellent customer service, maintaining accounts payable and receivables, maintaining files, working with vendors, and communicating with the upper and department management ensuring all deadlines are met.

Qualifications
• An associate degree or equivalent work experience in business administration or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in office management or administrative support roles with demonstrated success in managing complex and diverse workloads
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Experience in Office Administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, Excel Spreadsheets, UPS, FedEx, or other programs specific to the job to complete successfully.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the printing or graphic design industry is a plus
