We are looking for a motivated and experienced estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably within the remodeling or construction industry. This role involves generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Present and demonstrate remodeling solutions to potential customers.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the remodeling or construction industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
