What You’ll Do:

Actively develop and maintain client relationships, and bring in new business opportunities

Lead civil engineering projects from concept through completion, ensuring technical excellence and project success

Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff, cultivating a culture of excellence

Prepare, review, and seal technical deliverables including design plans, reports, specifications, and cost estimates

Manage regulatory permitting processes and coordinate with local, state, and federal agencies

Collaborate across disciplines—working with environmental scientists, geotechnical engineers, and other specialists to deliver integrated solutions

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s a plus)

Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in at least one New England state (or ability to obtain)

7+ years of progressive civil engineering experience, with a focus on site development or infrastructure

Strong track record as a seller/doer, with experience in client-facing roles and business development

Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and familiarity with stormwater and drainage modeling tools

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Bonus Points For:

Experience with commercial or institutional site development

LEED accreditation or experience with sustainable design

Cross-functional collaboration in a multidisciplinary engineering environment

8+ years of progressive civil engineering experience, ideally in site development, infrastructure, or land use

Proven experience as a seller/doer – you love working with clients, growing business, and delivering projects

Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills

Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and familiarity with stormwater modeling tools
