Full job description
Summary/Objective: This position will report to the Vice President, Controller and will be responsible for all areas related to the daily management of the Finance Department. Responsibilities include following established policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements and regulatory reporting.
Essential Functions
Ø Manages various general ledger sub-systems including investments, prepaids/accruals, fixed assets, and accounts payable.
Ø Assists with ensuring an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, year-end close and consolidation of the financial statements.
Ø Assists with monthly board reporting
Ø Preparation and timely filing of Bank Regulator reports, including, but not limited to the Call Report and other regulator reports as deemed necessary.
Ø Performs reconciliations for general ledger and internal accounts.
Ø Assists with internal and external audits as needed.
Ø Maintains records of investment transactions according to established procedures.
Ø Reviews quarterly sales and use tax return and annual personal property tax filing.
Ø Oversees employee debit card processing and expense reimbursement.
Ø Performs other related duties as required.
Ø Review and approval of Staff Accountant and AP Specialist journal entries and reconciliation
Ø Provide guidance, training and professional development of the Staff Accountant and AP Specialist

Pay: $90,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
