Branch Manager – Electrical Distribution
What You’ll Do:

Lead and oversee branch operations, including inside and counter sales teams.

Coordinate closely with outside sales and senior management.

Manage customer relationships and ensure satisfaction with products and digital tools (website, app, ELink, EQuotes).

Grow and maintain account base, including outreach to underperforming accounts.

Develop and manage annual budgets and business plans.
-
Hire, train, and evaluate branch staff.
-
Monitor financial performance, ensuring returns on receivables and inventory.
-
Support marketing efforts and maintain branch compliance, paperwork, and safety.
What You Bring:
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
-
3–5 years of industry/product knowledge.
-
Strong leadership and sales management skills.
-
Effective communication across all management levels.
-
Proficiency with digital tools and website navigation.
