Responsibilities
- Assist in the deployment and integration of healthcare applications to meet clinical needs and workflows.
- Provide comprehensive training to healthcare staff on the effective use of clinical applications, including EHR systems.
- Address and resolve issues related to clinical applications, offering technical support and guidance to end-users.
- Customize healthcare applications to align with clinical workflows and improve usability.
- Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of clinical applications to enhance efficiency and patient care.
- Collaborate with IT, clinical staff, and administration to ensure seamless integration of healthcare applications.
- Act as a liaison between the organization and software vendors, facilitating communication and resolving issues.
- Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, user guides, and training materials.
- Bachelor’s or associate degree in nursing is required
- Master’s degree in nursing or healthcare informatics is preferred.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
- Minimum of three to five years of clinical nursing experience.
- Experience with healthcare applications, EHR systems, and clinical informatics.
- Experience in providing training and technical support to healthcare staff.
