We are working with a 100 unit Senior living building Utica who is looking for Part-Time Maintenance help
The hours for the tech would be 8:00 am- 12:00pm Monday through Friday and on call 24-7 for one week per month
Job Description:
- Hands plumbing, electrical, boilers, painting, carpentry, snow removal, landscaping and appliance repair
- Must be willing to complete janitorial duties including general common area and grounds upkeep, as well as garbage removal
- Ideally someone with affordable housing /REAC inspection experience but not required.
- Schedule is M-F 8-5 with an hour lunch
