In-Home Therapy (CBHI) Clinician – Springfield, MA

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Salary: $68,000 annually
Location: Springfield, MA and surrounding areas
Mileage reimbursement provided

Position Summary:
We’re seeking full-time, Master’s-level clinicians to provide In-Home Therapy (IHT) to children and families in the Springfield, MA area. This position offers the opportunity to build strong therapeutic relationships, support families in their natural environments, and make a measurable impact in a short period of time.

The Clinician is responsible for providing clinical services including individual and family therapy, treatment planning, documentation for billing, and collaboration with a broader team of providers and supports.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-home individual and family therapy for assigned caseload

  • Develop treatment plans and monitor progress toward goals

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and billing records

  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and collaboration with external providers

  • Offer clinical guidance to Therapeutic Mentors or TT&S workers

  • Respond to crises as needed in coordination with the care team

  • Participate in rotating on-call coverage outside of business hours


Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field

  • Eligible for LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or similar clinical licensure in Massachusetts

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle

  • Adequate auto insurance as required by MA law

  • Familiarity with trauma-informed care


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with at-risk youth and families

  • Knowledge of child and adolescent development

  • Prior experience in home-based or CBHI services is a plus

Work Environment & Physical Demands:
This role involves frequent travel to client homes and community settings. Candidates must be comfortable sitting, walking, and engaging in play or physical activity with youth. Occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs) may be required.
