A well-established pediatric group in Depew, NY is seeking a full-time or part-time Pediatrician to join their physician-led team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to put down roots, build relationships with families, and eventually move into a partnership role. No hospital rounding, no inpatient work — just high-quality outpatient care in a supportive, community-focused setting.
Position Overview

Provide comprehensive care to patients from birth through age 20

Manage both well-child and sick visits

Interpret labs and imaging, review consults, and collaborate with specialists

Educate and support families through all stages of pediatric care

Participate in contracted school physicals with local districts
Schedule & Call

Full-Time: 9 sessions/week (each session = 3.5 hours)

Part-Time: Flexible options available
-
Evenings: Open 3 nights/week until 8:30 PM; each provider takes one

Call: Shared phone-only call, typically one evening per week or less

Weekends: On call every 7th weekend

Includes Saturday morning clinic

One session off during the same week as comp time

Nurses handle the bulk of incoming calls and triage

No hospital or newborn rounding – hospitalists handle all admissions

Charting is completed in-room or immediately post-visit

Efficient support staff including RNs, office and nurse managers, and front-line admin team
Qualifications

MD or DO with completion of Pediatric residency

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics

Licensed or eligible for licensure in New York

Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills
