We are working with a very nice 400 unit property in Danbury who is in need of Part-time help on from Friday-Sun overseeing the Mailroom and the Pool (not a lifeguard)
Ideally, we are seeking a person who can do the duties of both the Package Room (Fri: 2 pm – 7 pm, Sat: 12 pm – 5 pm) and Pool Monitor (Sun: 3 pm – 8 pm).
Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour.
Package Room Attendant: Schedule Fri 2-7pm, Sat Noon – 5pm
- Oversees Package Room Functions
- Labels packages
- Scans package barcodes into the Tenant Portal for tenant notification
- Logs packages out of system
- Organizes packages on racks per building
- Notifies Leasing Office to contact tenants to retrieve packages that have not been picked up and perishables
Pool Monitor (not a lifeguard): Sun 3 – 8pm
- Enforces pool rules
- Ensure tenants are signing in and out of the pool
- Reports suspicious/harmful activity to the Leasing Office and/or Community Manager
- Straightens the pool chairs and locks the pool gate before departure
- Monitors safety in the pool and the pool deck
