$17.00- $20.00 per hour with benefits(CAN send 21.00 with experience)
m-f – some weekends
The Shift Lead plays a key role in running smooth and efficient operations during their scheduled shift.
This position supports the store manager by directing daily tasks, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
The Shift Lead also participates in hands-on work with the team, acting as a point of contact for both staff and customers.
Responsibilities:
? Keep consistent, clear, and open communication with the General Manager
? Support daily operations and lead the retail team to ensure smooth, efficient, and customer-focused service
? Foster a positive, upbeat, and hard-working team culture aligned with company values
? Train and coach team members on all stations, policies, procedures, and new product roll-outs
? Maintain cleanliness and organization standards in compliance with ServSafe and safety regulations
? Oversee cash handling procedures, including spreadsheets and bank deposits ? Monitor inventory levels, assist with tracking, receiving, and organizing supplies, and maintain invoice records
? Address customer service issues, minor team concerns, and third-party app challenges
? Delegate tasks to team members based on business needs and customer flow ? Act as a communication link between front-of-house staff, production, and leadership teams
? Support quality control efforts, help reduce waste, and uphold operational standards

Qualifications:
? 1-2 years experience demonstrating progressive growth in responsibility
? 6 months – 1 year barista experience
? Passion for donuts, coffee and people
? Fun loving individual with an appreciation for our company culture
? Goal-oriented with ability to demonstrate impeccable integrity and honesty
? Ability to stand for 8 hours
? Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Working Conditions:
? Non-standard work week, including Saturday, Sunday, early mornings and federal holidays Compensation:
