Key Responsibilities

  • Payroll Management

  • Oversee complex payroll processes for 150–200 employees (hourly + salaried)

  • Ensure accuracy in time tracking, compliance, and reporting

  • General Accounting

  • Assist with general ledger, financial reporting, and full-cycle accounting

  • Collaborate with AP/AR team and maintain process accuracy

  • HR Responsibilities (based on your background and interest)

  • May include employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and policy support

  • Flexibility to grow this side of the role over time


    What We’re Looking For

    • Experience in payroll processing (multi-state preferred)

    • Solid foundation in accounting principles and reporting

    • HR exposure or interest in growing HR skill set

    • Organized, adaptable, and team-oriented
