Key Qualifications

2+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative roles with HR or manufacturing exposure

Comfortable working across multiple systems and platforms (not a single HRIS environment)

Energetic, curious, and collaborative personality—someone who takes initiative and is excited to grow
Responsibilities

Support daily HR operations and act as a key point of contact for employee needs

Coordinate onboarding and new hire processes

Administer employee benefits, leaves of absence (FMLA, STD, Workers’ Comp), and related documentation

Maintain accurate employee files and training records
-
Support payroll adjustments, service awards, and reimbursements

Assist with reporting and data management across various platforms

Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations

Help plan and coordinate company events and special HR projects

Collaborate with a close-knit HR team to improve processes and employee experience
