Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support management and assist staff as needed
  • Write routine reports and correspondence in a timely manner
  • Make photocopies, fax documents and scan documents as required
  • Sort and file documents
  • Prepare documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe PDF

Required:

  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook strongly desired
  • Adaptable to learn new software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
