Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Internal Medicine

Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours (4–5 days/week)

Overview:
A highly respected, physician-owned multispecialty group in Southeastern Massachusetts is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an Internal Medicine practice in Somerset. You’ll work closely with one physician in a small, established practice setting. This is a Monday through Friday position with no nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements.
Ideal candidates will have experience in primary care or internal medicine, and be comfortable working independently within a collaborative model.
What You’ll Do:

Deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and adolescent patients

Manage routine exams, preventive care, chronic disease, and acute visits

Work under the supervision of an Internal Medicine physician

Maintain accurate clinical records using eClinicalWorks (EMR)

Coordinate care with on-site specialists and diagnostic services
What We’re Looking For:

Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Massachusetts

Valid DEA license and Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration

Experience in internal medicine or primary care preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Confidence in working independently in a small practice setting

Fluency in Portuguese is a plus
