Position: Maintenance Assistant
Pay Rate: $21
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
Location: Albany, NY
308 unit hi-rise in downtown Albany, NY needs a Cleaner and someone to assist with general maintenance duties
- 2+ years of experience in general maintenance.
- Experience in affordable housing/REAC inspection experience preferred but not required.
- Hands-on plumbing, electrical, boilers, painting, carpentry, snow removal, landscaping and appliance repair
- Must be willing to complete janitorial duties including general common area and grounds upkeep, garbage removal
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and be able to stand for an 8-hour shift.

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
