Clinical Supervisor – Inpatient Addiction Treatment
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 am–4:00 pm
Compensation: $80,000–$85,000 + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus!
NO CASELOAD! — this is primarily an administrative role, though occasional clinical support may be needed
Licensure Required: LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LADC1
About the Role:
We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join our inpatient addiction treatment team. This role is responsible for overseeing clinical operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the counseling team. You will work closely with the Program Director and be instrumental in maintaining high standards of care and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, train, and mentor counseling staff

Prepare and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage

Review clinical documentation for quality and compliance

Conduct performance evaluations and assist with hiring and terminations

Participate in program planning and development

Step into direct counseling duties as needed

Collaborate with internal departments for utilization review and care coordination

Ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory standards

Promote high-quality care and support program performance goals

Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field

Independent licensure (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LADC1) required

Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in addiction or mental health treatment preferred

Strong understanding and practical application of current clinical best practices in addiction treatment

Proven leadership and supervisory experience
