Salary: $184,000 – $260,000

We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join a mission-driven team focused on providing comprehensive and inclusive care to a diverse patient population, including members of the LGBTQ+ and Latinx communities.

Key Details:

• Schedule:
  • Monday 10 AM – 7 PM
  • Tuesday–Friday 8 AM – 5 PM
  • No shift work – your day ends after your final patient
  • On-call rotation every 7–8 weeks (light volume)
  • 4 patient-facing days + 1 admin day (admin day may be remote but requires availability for meetings and phone)

• Patient Population:
  • Average patient age is 33
  • Focus on primary care, gender-affirming care, and sexual health
  • Strong emphasis on LGBTQ+ and Latinx community care

Preferred Qualifications:

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med-Peds

• Rhode Island Medical License (or eligibility)

• Experience in:
  • Primary Care
  • Gender-Affirming Care
  • Sexual Health (HIV, STIs)

• EMR proficiency (Athenahealth preferred)

• Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese) highly desirable
