Schedule: Full time, Monday to Saturday
- Mon – Fri 8:30 – 5pm
- Saturdays 8 – 2pm
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be bilingual Spanish
- Prior call center experience required
- Must have medical office background
- Must have experience with workers comp
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and scheduling/confirming patients’ appointments
- Answering patient inquiries
- Patient registration
- Processing workers comp cases and no fault claims
