ONSITE
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answering phones, responding to emails, and managing both internal and external correspondence.
- Organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Record Keeping:
- Maintaining office records, files, and documentation
- Overseeing the smooth functioning of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Serving as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a welcoming and helpful experience.
- Providing administrative support to various departments and employees as needed.
- Managing office expenses, invoices, and potentially assisting with basic accounting tasks.
- Assisting with onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Coordinating with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and other services.
- Tenant Relations
- Meeting Minutes
- Scheduling
- Assist with Purchase Orders and Contracts
- Contractor Coordination
- Other office duties
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree preferred
- 2+ years office/admin experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Yardi experience a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively .
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities .
- Attention to detail and accuracy .
- Customer service skills .
