What we are looking for:
- Previous AP experience – High-volume and able to handle seasonal fluctuations
- Multi-property experience preferred
- Strong in systems and Excel
- Problem solving, reconciliations, vendor management, reporting and much more!
Description
- Full-cycle Accounts payable
- Problem solving payments, credit cards, and disputes. Working with vendors
- Assisting in compiling and posting payments for Receivables.
- Reconciling A/R accounts.
- Assisting in month end reports.
- managing agreements and certificate of insurance.
- Conducting data entry.
- Helping with administrative functions, clerical duties and answering phone calls when needed.
- Assisting in projects.
Candidates with previous AP experience and customer service. Ability to be flexible to changing priorities. The team is high energy, positive and can be creative with a combination of team work but the ability to think independently. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills are also required.
